Job summary

Southcoast Health in Fall River, MA, is seeking an Imaging Informatics Analyst to support the Radiology PACS and related systems from Charlton Memorial Hospital. The role involves issue resolution, performance analysis, maintenance, and collaboration with DHS and Clinical Engineering teams.

Day shift with on-call rotation in weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum 2–4 years in PACS support and a bachelor's degree in a healthcare field or information systems are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting PACS, relevant applications, or equivalent experience.
• Motivated self-starter able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.
• Advanced training in PACS administration required.
• CIIP/MIMPS certification preferred.
• Advanced IT or Radiology certification preferred.
• Vaccination requirements or valid exemption statement as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support Radiology PACS, third-party radiology systems, and end users.
• Resolve system issues and analyze performance.
• Perform system maintenance and test/implement changes.
• Collaborate with DHS teams, Clinical Engineering, and end-user departments.
