Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Head of Growth for Imaging to shape the business within the Mission Systems Division. Based in Costa Mesa, CA or Waltham, MA, you will drive cross-functional strategy across programs, engineering, growth, and partnerships to scale imaging technologies for defense markets.

You will build and mentor the Imaging Growth team, align with division leadership on accounts and mission operations, and deliver revenue growth and technology transitions across US and allied

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in imaging technologies such as infrared, electro-optical, image processing, missile tracking, or other relevant technologies.
• Proven leader capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with federal agencies and defense programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for Imaging.
• Build relationships with OEMs, PEOs, and government customers.
• Lead the Imaging Growth team and coordinate with programs, engineering, and sales.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to scale imaging technology across US and allied services.
