Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-shift department management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in printing or fulfillment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees in imaging, dock and mailroom departments.
• Directs activities to ensure accurate communications and seamless operations across shifts and departments.
• Maintains knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO and SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Plans and schedules workflow; adjusts schedules as needed.
• Collaborates with customer service, scheduling, and other locations to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Tracks department expenditures and labor costs and reports to management.
• Promotes a positive work environment and adherence to ISO procedures.
• Ensures timely shipment of products to customers.
