Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides first-class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Completes training and development requirements and participates in continuing education.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and a safe environment.
• Performs front desk coverage and screens calls per guidelines.
• Schedules meetings and maintains documentation for the department.
• Assists patients with scheduling and check-in/check-out processes.
