Job summary

HonorHealth's 40 Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Administrative Support team member for the Diagnostic Imaging front desk, evenings 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. You will greet patients, check in, and help coordinate scheduling and imaging workflow in RAD Administration.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, entering data, managing the digital image library (PACS), and preparing paperwork while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience in a customer service oriented environment or scheduling/front office.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within date of hire.
• Ability to manage front desk tasks and patient data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the Diagnostic Imaging front desk.
• Review physician orders and input procedures.
• Manage the library of digital images and PACS liaison.
• Prepare patient paperwork and prescreening information.
• Assist staff with computer skills and archive systems.
• Transport patients as needed.
