HonorHealth's 40 Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Administrative Support team member for the Diagnostic Imaging front desk, evenings 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. You will greet patients, check in, and help coordinate scheduling and imaging workflow in RAD Administration.
Responsibilities include reviewing orders, entering data, managing the digital image library (PACS), and preparing paperwork while maintaining patient confidentiality.

JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for providing departmental support in the areas of front desk, scheduling, maintaining and managing the library of digital images in accordance with departmental policies and needs. Will project a professional image, to include appearance, confidence, knowledge, and organization of work.
Responsible for working at the Diagnostic Imaging front desk: Greet and check in patients.
Assists in some or all of these areas:
High School Diploma or GED
Required
6 months experience in a customer service oriented environment and/or scheduling and/or front office.
Required or 1 year experience in a customer service-oriented environment and/or scheduling and/or front office
Preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) card at date of hire or within 30 days from date of hire. Will not perform any duties listed with regard to transporting patients alone until employee has current BCLS card. Staff located at Deer Valley Medical Center and John C. Lincoln Medical Center need this BCLS due to transporter duties.
