The role requires a Bachelor's in biomedical or electronic engineering and 3 years in service engineering, including electro-mechanical troubleshooting of Siemens and GE systems and x-ray equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and coordinate with account managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electronic engineering or related field.
• 3 years' experience as a Service Engineer required.
• Experience includes electro-mechanical troubleshooting and servicing Siemens and GE imaging systems, including x-ray.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-demand technical support to customers, including afterhours phone support.
• Assist in repair of diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance with calibrations and verifications.
• Document all service activities according to Company Quality Standards.
• Submit field service reports timely and according to standards.
• Communicate with account managers on service activities.
• Work at client sites in the San Diego, CA metro area and build customer relations.
