Job summary

TriMedx, LLC is seeking a field service technician to keep imaging devices running by diagnosing, repairing, calibrating, and validating systems from X-ray to ultrasound. You will own performance through inspections, maintenance, and verification that clinicians rely on, while prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an associate’s degree in electronics or a related field (or equivalent military training) and 6+ months of hands-on imaging equipment service experience,

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent military training is required.
• 6+ months hands-on imaging equipment service experience preferred.
• Solid computer skills, networking basics, and Microsoft Office (Excel) are required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Restore uptime fast—diagnose, repair, calibrate, and validate imaging systems from X-ray to ultrasound.
• Own performance—drive inspections, maintenance, and operational verification that clinicians rely on.
• Protect safety—partner with physicists and teams to meet strict regulatory standards.
• Be the expert—guide vendors, support teams, and clinicians with clear, trusted technical insight.
