Job summary

Tri-Imaging Solutions is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to support safe, accurate operation of diagnostic imaging systems in hospitals and clinics. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrations, and basic repairs under guidance of senior engineers.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, exposure to DICOM/PACS and electronics, after-hours on-call rotation, and a path to develop professional imaging expertise across multiple modalities.

Qualifications

• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment and clinical environments.
• Knowledge of radiographic, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, or ultrasound systems is a plus.
• Ability to read service manuals and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and evaluate equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain relationships with clinical staff, physicians, and vendors.
• Provide on-site and remote support with professional communication.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and basic repairs.
• Assist with operator training and in-service education.
