Job summary

TriMedx, LLC seeks an Imaging Engineer I to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify the performance of medical imaging equipment across radiographic rooms, portables, mammography, ultrasound, bone density, and related devices.

The role requires familiarity with clinical equipment classes, adherence to regulatory standards, and collaboration with clinicians, service teams, and customers to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable device operation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or military/equivalent experience; 6 months experience in repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of medical imaging equipment preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to operate tools/machinery used in servicing medical equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform performance assurance inspections, scheduled maintenance, and operation verification procedures on medical imaging equipment.
• Repair, install, and calibrate medical imaging equipment.
• Inform supervisors of status, repairs, inspections, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and outside technicians to ensure proper service delivery.
• Maintain Clinical Engineering expertise through ongoing training and education.
