Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Engineer III to install, troubleshoot, service, and repair imaging equipment at customer sites in Southern Nevada.

The role covers CT, MRI, and X‑Ray modalities, with 100% travel and a standard 40‑hour week. The ideal candidate has a Biomedical Engineering or related degree and 5 years of field service experience on medical imaging devices, plus familiarity with related software tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Technology, Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field; five years of related experience.
• Experience servicing medical imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Experience with network applications and healthcare tools such as eVO, mButler, or NAM CS website.

Mansioni

• Install, troubleshoot, service, maintain, and repair Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Travel 100% within Southern Nevada; remote work may be permitted from Southern Nevada.
• Mentor other CSEs and ensure equipment calibration and documentation accuracy.
