Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Related field required or equivalent experience.
• At least 4–6 years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
• Experience interfacing with internal customers in a solution‑based service process.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced troubleshooting and repair on assigned equipment.
• Communicates with customers and serves as escalation point for issues including installs.
• Owns customer issues from dispatch to resolution and coordinates with team members.
• Maintains customer service logs, internal service records, and manages parts orders and cycle times.
• Uses escalation processes and defines corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
• Leads, instructs, and coaches less experienced engineers.
