Teledyne FLIR Defense’s Systems Technologies Group seeks an Engineering Intern to work with imaging, control, and embedded systems experts. You’ll help develop algorithms, test systems, and craft software tools for engineering analysis in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the listed engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with modeling and simulation of control systems using MATLAB and Simulink.
  • Support testing and analysis of stabilization and tracking systems.
  • Develop tools and automation scripts for engineering analysis.
  • Assist in embedded software development and FPGA/heterogeneous platform integration.
