Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an educational professional to develop and deliver HEAL pathway curricula and orientation activities for high school students, partnering with Aldine ISD and Memorial Hermann leaders to build healthcare career readiness.

The role emphasizes classroom instruction, simulation-based learning, mentorship, and progress monitoring to foster engagement in radiologic technology, nursing, imaging, and other health pathways.

Formación

• Education: Associates Degree - Graduate of School of Radiologic Technology.
• Licenses/Certifications: Registered in specialty modality (ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB).
• Current license or temporary license by the Texas Medical Board (MRT).
• ARRT Certification and BLS - American Heart Association.
• Five or more years’ experience as a staff technologist in imaging (CT/MRI).
• Knowledge in designing and delivering job-related learning activities in a clinical setting.
• Leadership in current specialty.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies training opportunities and conducts in-depth needs assessment/analysis.
• Plans, develops, implements, coordinates and executes education programs and interacts with staff to ensure needs are met.
• Serves as resource person in areas(s) of expertise.
• Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
• Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education, skills competency, supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as a mentor and resource to less experienced staff/students.
• Demonstrates commitment to caring for every member of our community by creating compassionate and personalized experiences.
• Models Memorial Hermann’s service standards by providing safe, caring, personalized and efficient experiences to patients and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
