Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing educational curricula and staff learning plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as educational resource for staff and core hospital activities.
• Assess, plan, develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate educational needs.
• Coordinate individual learning plans and preceptor development.
• Collaborate with Central Education and System Customer Experience Team.
• Plan and implement education programs to meet staff needs.
• Promote professional growth and maintain clinical competence.
