Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to one year of administrative support experience.
• Strong data entry and document-processing skills.
• Proficient with Office software and document imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Process confidential documents and data via imaging in OnBase; upload to repository and PeopleSoft.
• Assist with mail processing and data cleanup; support student referrals and document processing.
• Support other Enrollment Services units with document processing; perform other duties as assigned.
