Job summary

Saint Agnes Medical Center is seeking an Imaging Center Manager to lead outpatient imaging operations across multiple modalities. You will direct scheduling, staff training, policies, patient flow, and service quality while ensuring regulatory compliance and fiscal stewardship.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in radiologic science, business, healthcare, or management (or radiologic technology with experience), ARRT certification, and 3 years of imaging and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic science, business, healthcare, or management or equivalent imaging program with experience.
• Three years of progressive imaging and supervisory/management experience required.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with PACS, EHR, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, professionalism, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow outpatient imaging center operations across multiple modalities.
• Direct scheduling coordination and colleague training.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and patient flow processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and fiscal management.
• Leverage technology to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in radiologic science, business, healthcare, or management OR graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program, and equivalent experience
