Job summary

SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles seeks a Director of Imaging to lead imaging services across modalities. You will shape policies, budgets and strategic goals while ensuring quality patient care in both acute and ambulatory settings.

The role requires seven years of experience with leadership, a bachelor’s degree and extensive ARRT/ARMRIT credentials. Day shift, on-site with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Seven years’ experience with five in direct people management/leadership.
• Imaging credentials such as ARRT/ARMRIT/ARRT certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the implementation of policies and initiatives for imaging services across modalities.
• Develops departmental goals and standards aligned with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Prepares departmental budget and ensures operations stay within allocated funds.
• Develops and monitors plans for patient care services in the department.
• Acts as a liaison between the service area and other department leaders.
