Job summary

RiseMe, an outpatient imaging center leader, seeks a manager to oversee daily operations across multiple imaging modalities. You will coordinate schedules, train staff, implement policies, manage patient flow, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance and fiscal health.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or radiologic program completion with equivalent experience, plus ARRT and BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree or radiologic program graduate with equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years of progressive imaging and supervisory/management experience are required.
• ARRT Certification is mandatory.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience with PACS, EHR, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation are essential.

Description:

This position is responsible for management and strategic growth of the outpatient imaging center comprised of multiple modalities. The manager directs all center activities including coordination of schedules, colleague training, policies and procedures, patient flow, customer service, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management. The manager embraces innovation and leverages cutting edge technology to deliver outstanding patient experience and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1. Must possess a bachelor’s degree in radiologic science, business, healthcare, or management OR graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program, and equivalent experience.
• 2. Three (3) years of progressive imaging experience and supervisory/management experience in imaging, ambulatory care, or healthcare operation is required.
• 3. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT Certification required.
• 4. Current BLS certification required.
• 5. Experience with PACS, EHR, and Microsoft Office applications.
• 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively function in a fast-paced environment is required.
• 7. Positive interpersonal skills, professional image, exceptional oral and written communication skills, leadership capabilities, and excellent customer service orientation are required.

PAY RANGE:

$94,640.00 – $142,001.60.
