Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Director to manage the Sugar Land OPID & Breast Center, Southwest OPID & Breast Center and Sienna Plantation Convenient Care Center. The role requires strong leadership in outpatient imaging, budgeting, and regulatory compliance within a large healthcare network.

The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience, an imaging background, and a track record of managing a broad scope of services across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in outpatient imaging or related healthcare leadership.
• Supervisory experience in healthcare or retail business.
• Strong communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises department personnel issues including hiring, counseling, and evaluating performance.
• Oversees facility compliance with imaging codes, rules, and equipment standards.
• Develops and monitors annual capital and operating budgets; analyzes financial reports.
• Interfaces with physicians and staff to promote business development.
• Ensures stock/consumables are well managed and facilities maintained.
