Job summary

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Booking Clerk to manage day-to-day appointment allocation and maintain patient records with accuracy and care.

You will support multiple imaging services across sites, provide a friendly telephone enquiry service, and work as part of the imaging booking team at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, with occasional reception duties and flexible hours. Training will be provided for booking specialties.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital booking or patient enquiry is desirable.
• Able to handle telephone enquiries with a polite and clear manner.
• Keen eye for accuracy in patient records and booking details.

Responsibilities

• Provide booking and telephone enquiry service to patients for Imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update systems as required.
• Cover reception duties within Imaging on occasions and support across sites.
