Job summary

UCSF Health Radiology and Biomedical Imaging is seeking a Director of Imaging Access & Scheduling to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of patient access functions across imaging services. You will supervise scheduling, front desk operations, image library and the imaging float pool to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Licensed radiology technologist with hospital management experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in radiology or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of patient access functions across imaging services.
• Oversee scheduling, front desk operations, image library and imaging float pool.
• Lead quality, safety, patient experience and data analytics initiatives.
• Manage financial performance and workforce development within Imaging Access.
