The role centers on acquiring and managing life-safety inspection clients, building relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales efforts and proposals. Responsibilities include site surveys, solution presentations, and contributing to pricing while maintaining the sales plan. A strong background in fire/life safety sales and proficiency with MS Office are required,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years Sales experience is a must.
• Sales experience in fire and life safety or building services is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communications are a must.
• Willing to present information to managers, customers, AHJs, and public.
• Business development/marketing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Possess a valid driver’s license per company policy.

Aufgaben

• Establish contact with potential qualified buyers of inspection services by scheduling sales calls and following up on leads.
• Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and presenting findings.
• Prepare and present effective proposals for life safety solutions.
• Contribute to pricing of inspection accounts.
• Maintain PASCO sales business plan and attend monthly sales calls.
• Understand market dynamics and report on territory performance.
• Develop and maintain a proposal pipeline to support the business plan.
• Build lasting customer relationships and support other PASCO/APi Group teams.
