Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to lead the ILS team on development and sustainment programs. You will drive proposal activities, coordinate with engineering and PM teams, and ensure logistics considerations shape early design decisions.

The role requires strong experience in ILS concepts, with a track record in leading IPTs and delivering customer briefings. Onsite work in a defense environment is expected with clear security requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience or an advanced degree with 7 years experience.
• Detailed knowledge of ILS concepts: logistics support, technical manual/training material development, reliability/maintainability, FRAC A, safety/human factors engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team for development and sustainment programs.
• Lead proposal activities for cost and technical volumes.
• Influence design for supportability early in development.
• Collaborate with engineering and PM to solve logistics problems.
• Provide customer interface support and briefings.
• Review requirements to identify additional areas for customer goals.
