Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – ILP for our Sugar Land facility. This on-site role supports visual inspection, labeling, and packaging operations after training, following strict SOPs and cGMP standards. You will help ensure product quality and traceability across shifts.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication, and teamwork, with a daytime 1st shift schedule. Prior GMP exposure is a plus, and interest in advancing within a fast-growing healthcare tech

Qualifications

• Verbal communication skills required.

• Attention to detail essential for GMP compliance.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of inspection and packaging room materials and supplies.
• Labeling and processing of production materials.
• Daily/bi-weekly/monthly cleaning and maintenance per SOPs.
• Complete line and room clearances per procedures.
• Document activities per GDPs, comply with cGMPs and ISO standards.
• Perform equipment calibration checks and troubleshoot as needed.
• Notify management of deviations promptly.
• Support multiple production areas and shifts as needed.
