Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – ILP at our Sugar Land, TX facility. After training, you will support visual inspection, labeling and packaging operations, ensuring adherence to processes that guarantee safety, efficacy and quality across the US healthcare system.

The role is full-time on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with a stable schedule and on-site work. Applicants must meet high school diploma requirements and pass safety and regulatory checks.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Color perception exam required with passing result.
• Vision exam showing 20/20 vision with or without correction.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of inspection and packaging room materials.
• Labeling and processing of production materials.
• Daily/bi-weekly/monthly cleaning of room and equipment; fill preventative maintenance forms.
• Conduct line and room clearances per procedures.
• Document activities for GDPs; comply with cGMPs and ISO standards.
• Perform equipment calibration checks and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Document activities according to procedures; notify management of deviations.
• Assist other areas as needed (cleaning; non-sterile filling; kitting).
• Labeling of products (primary, secondary, tertiary).
• Final packaging of product; maintain inspection-ready environment.
