Job summary

Quva is hiring a Production Technician I – ILP in Sugar Land, TX for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM CST). You will support inspection, labeling, and packaging operations, ensuring GDP, cGMP, and ISO standards are met. This safety-sensitive role involves adherence to strict procedures and potential drug testing.

Responsibilities include materials prep, labeling, cleaning, documentation, and cross-department collaboration, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required in inspection and packaging.
• Strong verbal and written communication across departments.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus for handling equipment and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists preparation of inspection and packaging room materials and supplies.
• Conducts labeling and processing of production materials as required.
• Daily/bi-weekly/monthly cleaning of room and equipment; completes maintenance checklists.
• Performs line and room clearances as per procedures.
• Documents activities for accountability and traceability; complies with GDPs, cGMPs, ISO standards.
• Adheres to 503B guidelines and company SOPs.
• Performs equipment calibration checks and troubleshoots production equipment.
• Notifies management of deviations; supports other areas as needed.
• Handles primary, secondary, and tertiary labeling; final packaging.
• Maintains an inspection-ready environment and supports audits.
• Communicates effectively with team members and other departments.
• Demonstrates adaptability to support multiple areas and shifts.
