Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – ILP at our Sugar Land facility. After training, you will support visual inspection, labeling, and packaging in ILP operations per established processes, ensuring quality and safety.

You will help maintain documentation, adherence to GDPs, and regulatory standards while contributing to our mission of accessible, affordable medications. This 1st shift, full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM CST on site in Sugar Land, with limited overtime and

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Color perception exam required; must pass.
• Vision exam required; must have 20/20 vision with or without correction.
• Able to pass drug and background check.
• 18+ years of age; authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of inspection and packaging materials.
• Labeling and processing of production materials.
• Daily/bi-weekly/monthly cleaning and upkeep of room and equipment.
• Complete line and room clearances per procedures.
• Document activities for GDPs, cGMPs, and ISO standards.
• Comply with 503B guidelines and SOPs.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot production equipment as needed.
• Document actions per procedures and notify management of deviations.
• Support other areas as needed (cleaning, non-sterile filling, kitting).
• Labeling and packaging of products; maintain inspection-ready environment.
