Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – ILP for the Sugar Land, TX site on 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM CST). After training, you will support visual inspection, labeling and packaging operations, maintaining GDPs and cGMPs to ensure safe, high‑quality medications.

You will handle material prep, cleaning, line clearances, and documentation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Color perception exam and vision exam required.
• Able to pass drug and background checks; 18+ and US work authorization.
• No visa sponsorship available for this role; must be US-based.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of inspection and packaging room materials and supplies.
• Labeling and processing of production materials as required.
• Daily cleaning of room and equipment and complete maintenance forms per SOPs.
• Complete line and room clearances per established procedures.
• Document activities following GDPs and cGMPs; comply with SOPs and ISO standards.
• Notify management of deviations to established processes or procedures.
• Support other areas as needed (cleaning; non-sterile filling; kitting).
• Perform primary, secondary, and final labeling and packaging of products.
