Job summary

Quva is hiring a Production Technician I for ILP operations at our Bloomsbury, NJ facility. After training, you will support visual inspection, labeling and packaging, following established processes and SOPs to ensure highest safety and quality standards.

This full-time 1st shift runs Wednesday–Saturday from 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with minimal overtime and on-site work. Safety-sensitive role with potential drug testing as required by law.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Color perception exam required.
• Vision exam with 20/20 vision (correct or uncorrected).
• Drug and background check required.
• 18+ years old; US work authorization; No visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inspection and packaging room materials and supplies.
• Label and process production materials as required.
• Daily/bi-weekly/monthly cleaning of room and equipment; complete maintenance forms per SOPs.
• Perform line and room clearances as per procedures.
• Document activities per established procedures; ensure GDPs and cGMP compliance.
• Notify production management of deviations from procedures.
• Support other areas as needed (cleaning; non-sterile filling; kitting).
• Handle labeling of products across primary, secondary, and final packaging.
• Maintain a clean inspection-ready environment and assist audits.
