Maryland Institute College of Art is hiring Program Managers (PM) to support campus programs as part of the Center for Student Engagement. This part-time position involves leadership within the MICA Program Board, requiring collaboration to plan and implement events.
Applicants should be currently enrolled MICA undergraduates with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and demonstrate leadership abilities. The role includes a commitment of 5-8 hours per week with a compensation of $15 per hour plus benefits.
Program Managers (PM) serve as leaders within the MICA Program Board (MPB), supporting planning and implementation of major campus programs on behalf of the Center for Student Engagement (CSE). The position begins in mid‑August and concludes the day after Commencement.
The Program Manager is a part‑time, 5‑8 hour per week student staff member, hired for a one‑year commitment.
The MPB consists of three committees, each co‑chaired by two PMs who oversee planning, marketing, and implementation of a minimum of five events per year.

The role requires occasional standing, walking, sitting, use of hands, reaching, balancing, stooping, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 15pounds. Specific vision requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work environment includes exposure to weather conditions and minimal noise.
