Job summary

Hopes Promise Respite LLC is seeking an Intensive In-Community Therapist in New Jersey to provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings. The position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and an active NJ clinical license, demonstrating a commitment to empowering families in their communities.

Qualifications

• Active NJ clinical license required.
• Master's degree in relevant field is necessary.
• Experience working with youth and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in home or community settings.
• Develop clinically appropriate treatment plans based on assessments.
• Support youth in building coping skills and healthy relationships.
• Collaborate with families and schools for continuity of care.
• Maintain documentation compliant with CSOC and Medicaid.

Skills

Active NJ clinical license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, or LAC

Strong communication skills

Cultural competence

Experience working with children and families

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
