Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in a clinical, diagnostic, or CRO laboratory.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a CAP- or CLIA-regulated laboratory.

• Oversee IHC and FISH analyses and support assay development.
• Manage testing personnel and ensure adherence to CAP/CLIA guidelines.
