Qualifications
- BS in Biology with ASCP HT/HTL certification or HT certification.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in histology/lab settings.
- Experience leading SOPs, QC, and project-led IHC studies.
Responsibilities
- Lead tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining workflows.
- Perform HE staining, special stains, and IHC with quality control.
- Develop SOPs and validation plans; supervise junior staff.
- Interact with pathologists and external labs; manage projects.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, CAP, HIPAA; maintain safety.
