Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Community Behavioral Health Worker in Ohio. You will provide in-home and community supports, coaching, and resource navigation to individuals and families, using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches.

Strong documentation and HIPAA compliance are required. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience; experience with multi-need populations is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years direct relevant experience.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals and families in home and community settings.
• Provide skill building, coaching, and practical supports.
• Assist clients in navigating community resources and building routines.
• Maintain documentation in EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
