Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. The IHBS will provide structured, strength-based in-home interventions for youth to treat behavioral needs and support caregivers in understanding their children’s needs.

Great for newly licensed Masters-level clinicians; supervision for independent licensure is provided. Full-time or fee-for-service options available, with competitive rates and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable.
• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Responsabilités

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based in-home therapeutic interventions for youth.
• Support caregivers to understand children’s needs and improve communication.
• Deliver services in clients’ homes and coordinate with families and supervisors.

The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program

• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000 $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
