Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Bilingual In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) to join our Massachusetts team. This full-time role delivers structured, strength-based interventions in a client’s home to support youth behavioral needs and to assist families.

Salary ranges from $64,000 to $72,000 annually, with a $3,000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months, plus benefits including health/dental/vision, 3 weeks vacation, 11 holidays, a 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related CBHI-approved program.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, strength-based behavioral interventions for youth.
• Support caregivers to understand and manage behaviors.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and adjust treatment plans.

We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese-Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

• Full-Time:
  Salary $64,000 to $72,000
  $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months
  Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
  
• Fee-for-Service:
  $50 to $70 per hour
