Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing Massachusetts team. As an In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS), you will deliver structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to address youth behavioral needs and support families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community settings
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver's license with reliable access to a vehicle
• Bilingual - English and Spanish a plus
• Access to secured high speed internet required

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes

In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home for the purpose of treating a youth's behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Compensation

• Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000 Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
• Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
