Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks clinicians to join our team in Massachusetts. The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will deliver structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to address behavioral needs and support caregivers.

The position offers supervision for Independent Licensure, growth opportunities, and a generous benefits package. Compensation is competitive and includes benefits and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders is preferred.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum is desirable.
• Valid driver's license with reliable access to a vehicle.

The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children\'s needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications

• Master\'s degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
