Northeast Family Services seeks Clinicians to join our growing Massachusetts team as In Home Behavioral Therapists (IHBS). You will deliver structured, strength-based therapy in clients’ homes to address youth behavioral needs and help caregivers understand and guide their children.

The role may include bilingual opportunities (English/Spanish) and supervision for Independent Licensure. We offer a summer schedule and generous benefits, with full-time or fee-for-service options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community setting.
• Experience with behavior-emotional disorders in children is preferred.
• Experience with autism spectrum children is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish a plus.
• Access to secured high-speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in client homes for youth behavioral needs.
• Support caregivers to understand children's needs by exploring behavior patterns and improving communication.
• Collaborate with families and services to promote consistent treatment strategies.
• Work toward licensure through supervision provided by the agency.

Compensation

• Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000 Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
• Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
