Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts seeks clinicians to join a growing team focused on improving youth and family mental wellness. The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) delivers strength-based therapy in clients' homes and supports caregivers in understanding behavior patterns and communication.

Eligible newly licensed Master’s level clinicians will receive supervision for Independent Licensure, with bilingual and Pride opportunities and a compensation package designed to reward

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field.
• Supervision for independent licensure available for newly licensed Master’s level clinicians.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available at this time.

Responsibilities

• The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
• IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Education

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
