Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking In Home Behavioral Therapists (IHBS) in Massachusetts to provide structured, strength-based interventions in clients’ homes and support caregivers in improving communication. Opportunities include supervision for independent licensure and a pathway for growth within a rapidly expanding agency.

Full-time or FFS positions available with competitive compensation, generous benefits, and summer Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed internet, and a phone for FFS positions
• Access to high-speed internet required for Full Time positions

The In Home Behavioral Therapist(IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation:

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
