Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. The Bilingual In Home Behavioral Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs, supporting caregivers to improve understanding and communication.

Full-time or Fee-For-Service hours, with supervision for Independent Licensure. Competitive compensation and benefits. Summer schedule and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or CBHI-aligned program.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access.

The Bilingual In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services!

We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese-Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Compensation:

• Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000
  Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!

• Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
