Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; applicable years of experience may substitute for degree.
• Expert level in Inductive Automation Ignition and AVEA PI is mandatory.
• Experience with Renewable and Gas power systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with OT equipment: SCADA, RTUs, PI historians, MODBUS, OPC etc.
• Ignition certification is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; scripting experience in Python is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Ignition SCADA system components (Gateways, screens, alarms, historian, integration).
• Manage OT SCADA equipment, servers, and device configurations; keep systems updated.
• Develop data flows and displays in Ignition Perspective for analytics and visualization of Operational Data.
• Troubleshoot and maintain connections between OT equipment (controls, RTUs, data loggers).
• Maintain data connections between Remote Operations Center, data servers, and SCADA/OPC servers.
• Coordinate with IT as primary stakeholder for plant operations.
• Provide NERC CIP guidance to keep assets compliant.
• Support SCADA lifecycle refresh and internal AI initiatives.
