Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or Engineering desired.
  • Fire science and regulatory reporting knowledge.
  • Experience with leadership and supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees Ignition Assessment Program framework, timelines, and communication plans.
  • Develops dashboards for ignition assessment metrics for leadership and regulatory reporting.
  • Coordinates ignition investigations and escalation of issues.
  • Leads department personnel matters and training across the team.
  • Supports fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and safety education activities.
