Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Regional Sales Director for UPLIZNA IgG4-RD in the East region. You will lead the regional sales organization, translate brand strategy into execution, and drive results through a high-performing team across IgG4-RD.

You will develop regional strategy, mentor District Managers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure compliant, patient-focused performance while navigating a complex rare disease marketplace.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/ Masters/ Bachelors with 4+ years of account management/sales/marketing/commercial experience.
• At least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional sales organization for UPLIZNA IgG4-RD in the East region, translating brand strategy into focused execution and delivering results through a high-performing team.
• Establish regional strategy, set priorities and expectations, and develop District Managers and field teams to execute with excellence.
• Lead with an enterprise mindset, coordinating Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical, Training, Commercial Operations, HR and other partners.
• Synthesize performance data and market insights to inform regional plans and resource allocation.
• Maintain deep knowledge of IgG4-RD and the UPLIZNA profile to translate understanding into regional strategy.
