Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Regional Sales Director for UPLIZNA IgG4-RD in the East Region. You will lead a high-performing sales organization, translating brand strategy into execution and driving sustainable results across a complex rare-disease marketplace.

You will coach District Managers, build talent, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize regional performance while maintaining Amgen's commitment to patients and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales organization for UPLIZNA IgG4-RD in East Region
• Translate brand strategy into focused execution and measurable results
• Coach District Managers and field teams to deliver performance
• Build an inclusive, compliant culture with Amgen values
• Develop talent pipelines and succession plans across the region
• Synthesize data and market insights to adjust plans and resources
• Maintain deep knowledge of IgG4-RD, UPLIZNA profile, and market dynamics
• Cultivate relationships with key customers and participate in major congresses and events
• Collaborate with Marketing, Access, Medical, HR and other functions to meet objectives
• Ensure regional activities comply with laws, policies and safety standards
