Job summary

bwise Media AG in global digital advertising seeks a Sales Manager (Native Russian Speaker) to grow our iGaming client base across Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking markets. You will drive new business, present tailored ad solutions, and negotiate high-value deals.

You bring a proven sales background, strong industry network, and deep knowledge of CPM, CPC, and media buying. Travel to meet clients and events is expected as we expand partnerships worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals (CPM, CPC, CPA).
• Strong industry network with key clients/publishers in iGaming.
• Experience as sales/marketing manager in iGaming or betting.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events.
• Native-level Russian and very good English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients within Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking markets.
• Execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Present and sell digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings (online & offline).
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
