Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. seeks an IFS Cloud FSM Configuration and Training Analyst to configure and optimize the FSM platform, support user adoption, and deliver training and documentation for end users across business units and IT teams.

You will configure workflows for work orders, dispatch, inventory, and mobile apps; lead UAT cycles; develop end-user materials and SOPs using ClickLearn, Power BI, and MS Office; and drive change across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with IFS Field Service Management (or similar FSM).
• Experience configuring cloud-based ERP/FSM systems, ideally IFS Cloud.
• Experience using ClickLearn to create SOPs and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Configure FSM modules (work orders, dispatch, inventory, mobile, customer engagement) to meet business requirements.
• Manage and optimize FSM workflows, SLAs and field technician processes.
• Translate service delivery needs into system configurations with IT and stakeholders.
• Support UAT and manage configuration-related testing cycles.
• Develop end-user training programs and create user manuals and SOPs.
