Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a detail-oriented professional to create and administer training artefacts for the IFS Cloud platform using ClickLearn. You will publish training material in multiple formats and support the ClickLearn system while assisting broader IFS Cloud development with workflows and eForms.

You will also build dashboards and KPIs in Power BI, analyze data, and translate business needs into system configurations in collaboration with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience using ClickLearn to create, update, and distribute training materials.
• Experience with SQL queries and Power BI for dashboards and KPIs.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Create manuals, process documentation, and training materials using ClickLearn.
• Support the development and delivery of role-specific training materials for end users.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to users.
• Act as a change agent to promote system adoption and engagement.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage configuration-related test cycles.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SQL queries and Power BI.
• Analyze large data sets for quality and accuracy to support data migration.
• Translate business requirements into functional configurations with IT and business teams.
• Create and maintain basic system data.
